Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Community Responders LLC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By enrolling in a course, submitting payment, or attending any Community Responders LLC training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before enrolling in any training programs.
Important Legal Notice
Community Responders LLC provides training for educational purposes only. While our training follows established guidelines and standards, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the application of skills learned in our courses.
Students acknowledge that emergency response situations involve inherent risks and that the application of learned skills should always be within the scope of their training and local legal requirements.
Community Responders LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific training program in question.
Sections
1Payment Policies
Individual Students
- Immediate Payment Required: Pay in full at registration through our online platform.
- No Day-of-Payment: Not accepted on the day of training unless pre-approved by management and confirmed via email.
- Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Business & Group Clients
- Invoice Option: May request invoicing instead of immediate online payment.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment due within 7 days of training request.
- If training is scheduled within the same week, payment due no later than 72 hours before training.
- Failure to meet deadlines results in cancellation unless alternative arrangements are pre-approved.
- Group Pricing: Based on expected attendance, course type, accreditation, and instructor requirements.
- Rush Fee: Requests made less than 30 days in advance incur a $75 fee.
Phone Registration Requirements
Students who register and pay over the phone must accept these terms and conditions via text message confirmation. Enrollment cannot be processed without this acceptance.

2Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted for any course, training, or digital product, it is considered final. By completing registration, the student expressly acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to student cancellation, withdrawal, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete training requirements.
Digital Products and Online Components
All digital materials, online course components, electronic resources, or downloadable content are strictly non-refundable, regardless of participation, progress, or cancellation by either party. Access to such materials constitutes full delivery of the service.
Company Cancellations
If Community Responders LLC cancels a session, full refunds will be provided (except for online course components, which remain non-refundable).
Rescheduling
- Free Rescheduling: Students may reschedule to another available session at no cost when providing reasonable advance notice, subject to seat availability.
- No Call / No Show: Failure to attend without notice results in full forfeiture of fees and any eligibility for rescheduling or credit (see Section 3).
By registering, you acknowledge that this policy has been clearly disclosed prior to payment and agree that the non-refundable nature of all fees is a material term of enrollment.
3Attendance Policies
Punctuality Requirements
- On-Time Arrival: Arrive promptly for scheduled training.
- Late Arrival Protocol:
- More than 10 minutes late: may be asked to reschedule.
- More than 15 minutes late without contact: required to reschedule.
- Communication Required: Call 480.521.1107 if running late.
No Call/No Show Policy
Definition: Failure to attend or contact us within one hour of class start time.
- Fee forfeited entirely.
- No rescheduling allowed.
- Must register and pay again for future training.
4Training Location Disclaimer
To ensure timely completion of certification and avoid delays, Community Responders LLC may schedule a student's in-person session at a third-party, affiliate, or partner training site within the student's city or surrounding area when necessary.
All such facilities are approved by Community Responders LLC and meet the same instructional, safety, and equipment standards required for certification. Training at an affiliate or partner location is a normal and authorized practice to accommodate scheduling, instructor availability, and class size requirements.
By registering for any course, you:
- Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of completing hands-on training at an alternate approved facility under Community Responders LLC's coordination;
- Understand that your enrollment, payment, and certification remain solely with Community Responders LLC, regardless of where the class is physically conducted; and
- Agree that the use of an alternate or third-party facility does not constitute fraud, misrepresentation, subcontracting abuse, or unauthorized delegation of services.
In rare cases where no suitable facility is available to accommodate your registration, Community Responders LLC will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any fees paid.
5Refusal of Service Policy
Community Responders LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet course prerequisites, safety requirements, or professional conduct standards.
6Dress Code & Safety
Appropriate attire and safety equipment are required for all hands-on training sessions. Specific dress code requirements will be provided upon registration.
7Group & Business Training
Special terms and conditions apply to group and corporate training programs. Custom agreements may be required for large organizations or specialized training needs.
8Blended Learning Requirements
Blended learning courses require completion of online modules prior to in-person skills sessions. Students must demonstrate completion of online components before attending hands-on training.
9Privacy Policy
By registering, you agree to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or certifying agencies.
10Limitation of Liability
Community Responders LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after training sessions. Training does not guarantee performance in real emergencies, and participants are responsible for applying skills appropriately.
Community Responders LLC's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid for the specific training program in question.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Community Responders LLC, its instructors, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in training or application of skills learned therein.
12Force Majeure
Community Responders LLC is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, instructor emergencies, facility closures, or government restrictions.
In such cases, classes may be rescheduled or credited toward a future date.
13Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your enrollment, or participation in any training shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are located outside Arizona or the United States, you agree that Arizona law shall govern and that venue and jurisdiction shall remain in Maricopa County, Arizona, U.S.A.
14Intellectual Property
All course materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online modules, are the intellectual property of Community Responders LLC. No content may be reproduced, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.
15General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Modifications: We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the "last updated" date.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Community Responders LLC regarding the subject matter herein.
